Zig Embossing Pen
These pens are ideal for creating your own wedding stationery. They allow you the freedom to create any embossed design or lettering freehand to your card.
How do you use an embossing pen ?
You will need to have or purchase an embossing powder for this technique.
You can write your own text or even add your names for a truly personalalised wedding invitation.
To use:
1. Apply your design or lettering
2. Sprinkle on embossing powder
(it adheres to the ink)
3. Gently shake off the loose
powder
4. Apply heat with a heat tool, slowly moving the toold across the text or design.
This technique can be used on any of our card blanks to create raised text or images in silver, gold and other colours.
What type of embossing pens are there ?
We have two types of zig embossing pens - rounded tip (best for artwork and images or no italic text) and calligraphy (best for italic text).
Double ended rounded zig embossing pen 0.5mm and 1.2mm.
Double ended calligraphy zig embossing pen 2.0mm and 3.5mm.
Water based, Xylene Free and Odourless.
